year-round, on Woods Hole Rd in Woods Hole.

Included: all utilities, laundry, wireless internet, 1st & 2nd floor decks,
lots of living space, big yard with giant garden available for use, walk to
village, bike path and beaches.   Must be laid back and employed.  There is
a good amount of storage, but the house is already quite furnished.  No pets
and no live-in boyfriends/girlfriends.

We are a horticulturist/estate caretaker, computer genius, myrmecologist &
contractor, and are year-round residents of Woods Hole
