Room available in 4 bedroom 3 story house right on the bogs in 
Hatchville/East Falmouth off Thomas Landers & Sandwich Road. Rooms are 
available November 1st. House is on a cul-de-sac in very quiet old 
established neighborhood. 1 friendly cat in the house, no other pets 
allowed (per landlord).

We are actually looking to rent out 2 bedrooms, but this ad is for the 
master bedroom on the main floor with cathedral ceiling, skylights, many 
windows, closet, and wood burning stove in addition to oil heat from 
baseboards. This room has a full bathroom right next to it and the 
shower is shared with 1 roommate (who has a separate bathroom w/o 
shower) on the lower floor.

The lease here runs through June at least. My cat has free run of house, 
he's a big Maine Coon Cat mix, friendly & lazy, doors can separate cat 
from master bedroom area if needed. Communal gas grill on front deck. 
Large yard and horseshoe-shaped driveway. Second smaller deck off side 
of house, also a bricked in (long ago) private backyard. We also have a 
bonfire pit up on the hill in the woods on the back edge of the 
property. Washer & dryer downstairs. 2nd full bath upstairs. Wi-fi 
reaches everywhere in the house. Family room with 38" LCD HDTV for all 
to use and 2 big couches. New gas stove last year. Kitchen is fully 
stocked with coffee grinder, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, 
pots/pans, electric griddle (makes great pancakes), utensils, etc.

Plenty of walking space around the bogs here and the neighbors are cool.
I am a federal contractor with the National Marine Fisheries Service and 
the other current roommate is a painter and Falmouth native.
We have no preference of male/female roommates. We would prefer the more 
mature, quiet type. We're
all partied out over here. We would require first & last month's rent, 
but we can work that out. Pictures of the house and rooms can be emailed.
