and skylights all around. Large yard. Large friendly Maine Coon cat that 
has free reign of the house (room can be closed off to him), no other 
pets per the lease. Wi-fi internet and digital cable. Large HD TV in the 
living room for all to use. Laundry and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom 
with a stand-up shower is shared with 1 roommate who has their own 1/2 
bath downstairs, so it's just a shared shower. Lease runs to June and I 
plan on renewing it. Quiet location on a cul-de-sac with very few 
neighbors. Rent is $450/month and includes all utilites.
