2nd Annual CCTC Geek-A-Palooza 


On October 1st, The Cape Cod Technology Council proudly presents one its favorite and most highly-attended events, Geek-A-Palooza, in which a selection of technology companies discuss and demonstrate their cutting-edge work and ideas in a non-commercial, educational framework.

Kevin Dunn | E&T Farms 
E&T is an Aquaponics Farm, that grows hydroponic vegetables and fish in recirculating systems for the ornamental water garden, pond stocking and food fish markets. They will be discussing the development of their technology. 

Dave Fravel, CEO | 20Mile Technologies 
20Mile Technologies, an Osterville-based web-development shop, specializes in Content Management Systems, e-commerce platforms and custom web applications. Dave will talk about the benefits of implementing a content management system for your website. Specifically, he'll focus on ExpressionEngine, a php-based solution that provides designers with the freedom and flexibility to create the look and feel that's right for the site. 

Andy Milk | Andy Milk Interactive 
Andy Milk, headquartered in Boston's hotbed of cutting edge technology, is an interactive technology consultant, project manager, programmer, designer, and software engineer. Andy will be speaking on developing applications for mobile devices. 

National Marine Life Center , Buzzards Bay, MA 
What technology is needed to rehabilitate a sea turtle? What is a "life support system"? How do you build a hospital for marine wildlife? Learn this and more in this presentation from the National Marine Life Center. NMLC is an independent, non-profit marine animal hospital and science and education center. 

Brad Crowell and Tracy Anderson | PartingGift

Brad and Tracy will briefly discuss the inspiration behind the technology and guide you through a live demonstration of one of the games currently under development for a national client.
