A group of Falmouth aquaculturalists who joined forces in 2009 to form Falmouth Shellfish Cooperative will talk about their latest endeavor, Sippewissett Oysters, at the Woods Hole Historical Museum Conversation, “Oyster Aquaculture in Falmouth," on Monday, February 27, at noon, at Woods Hole Library. 




Panel will consist of Steve Kirk of Woodneck Oyster Farm, Eric Matzen and Ron Smolowitz of Woods Hole Oyster Company, and Matt Weeks of Woods Hole Oyster Company and Vineyard Sound Shellfish Company.
