If you or your children are feeling more anxious or depressed about the 
state of the country and the worlk, you are not alone.  Come join us in 
this FREE event as a group of mental health professionals and lay people 
discuss the ways in which the current social and political environment 
is affecting our mental health.

Also, get some ideas and hands on skills for staying sane in an 
increasingly insane feeling world.

Saturday, April 28th from 4:30-7pm at Falmouth Academy, Morse Hall. All 
local concerned local residents, professionals and lay people are 
invited to attend.
