This has been a super reliable commuter for the past nine years with a daily 52 mile roundtrip - winter and summer.

Timing chain so no pesky timing belt to fuss with.

Inexpensive to insure, run and maintain, cute as button with rock solid Toyota reliability.  A stack of service paperwork to read during the long dark winter evenings - a “subcompact” economy car that is somewhat “Tardis” like inside … given I’m 6’ 7’!
