Hello,

There is an opening for 1-2 bedrooms in my house off Huettner Rd on McGregor Rd, just a 4 minute drive or 10 minute bike to MBL. The first room will be available for October 5th and the second room has a more flexible start date sometime early to mid-October. One roommate is staying at the house and he is a postdoc at WHOI.

In total there are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a shared open kitchen, a spacious living room with fire place, and the basement has plenty of storage space. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with beds and a dresser. Pets will be considered. The house is in good condition and has historically been rented by researchers from one of the many institutes around Woods Hole. Rent for 3 people is $650 and 4 people is $450 and the housemates are responsible for all utilities.
