[Classifieds] Attend KidWind Offshore Wind Academy for High School students and teachers this summer!

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is offering this STEM Offshore Wind program at Mass Maritime Academy July 24-29, 2022, and there are 20 spots for teachers (teaching grades 7-12) and 20 spots for students in grades 10-12. There is no cost to attend, and the program is offering stipends to those who attend. Teachers will also get one graduate credit from University of Delaware as well as KidWind materials to bring back to their classrooms to help them teach about wind energy. It is a great opportunity for kids from Gateway Communities in Massachusetts to see if they are interested in and can see themselves working in some of the fields that are part of offshore wind. There will be field trips and guest speakers and lots of fun!
