[Classifieds] Dune Protection Signs

[MBL Classifieds]

WHOI Sea Grant and the Cape Cod Cooperative Extension are providing a series of dune protection signs for free to towns and nonprofits in Massachusetts.  These signs encourage pedestrians to stay on designated paths while educating them about the benefits of a well vegetated dune, hopefully preventing uninformed beachgoers from damaging fragile coastal resources.



The artwork on these signs was created by students across Massachusetts as part of a 2022 WHOI Sea Grant-sponsored art contest. There are four designs to choose from in the attached PDF.  These signs are printed on aluminum and should last for several years.  A plywood backer should not be needed.
