The Massachusetts Office of Coastal Zone Management is hosting a discussion about coastal climate change. We want your feedback on how local and state action can support coastal community resilience to sea level rise, coastal erosion, extreme storms, and flooding.



Your input will be a first step to shape the Massachusetts ResilientCoasts Plan<https://www.mass.gov/news/healey-driscoll-administration-launches-statewide-coastal-resiliency-strategy>. The Plan will guide policy and management actions to improve health and safety, protect and enhance natural and cultural resources, prepare our infrastructure for climate change, strengthen our coastal economy, advance equity and environmental justice, and support the capacity of coastal communities.

During the meeting we will introduce the purpose of the Plan, and then hear your feedback and ideas on what a resilient coast would look like and what we need to understand to get us there. We hope you will consider participating!
