[Classifieds] Controlled Burn scheduled at the Waquoit Bay Reserve Headquarters, March 13

The Massachusetts Bureau of Forest Fire Control/Department of Conservation and Recreation is planning to conduct a controlled burn of the grassland fields at the Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve headquarters, 131 Waquoit Highway on Wednesday, March 13 between the hours of 12:00PM – 4:00PM.  The primary purpose of the burn is to assist in managing habitats for a variety of unique or rare plants and animals.
