fundraising activity of the American Cancer Society. Over 5000 Relay For

Life events take place around world. Anyone can form a team - families,

corporations, clubs,</font>

<br><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">hospitals, churches, temples, and

schools - and commit to raising funds in the fight against cancer! Teams

of 8-15 people take turns walking around a track for a 18-24 hours. Entire

communities come</font>

<br><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">together through Relay to step

up the fight against cancer. With the help of people like you, Relay For

Life has become the largest fundraiser of its kind. Relay For Life is a

life-changing event that brings </font>

cancer during our luminaria ceremony. Candles are placed in bags bearing

lit, hundreds of luminarias brighten the way for Relay walkers throughout

the night in a heartfelt reminder of how cancer touches all of us.</font>

Back. </i></b>We Relay because we have been touched by cancer and desperately

The Fight Back ceremony is an emotionally powerful ceremony whose purpose

is to inspire Relay participants to take action 365 days a year!</font>
