House is on a cul-de-sac in very quiet old<br>established neighborhood. 1 friendly cat in the house, no other pets<br>allowed (per landlord).<br><br>We are actually looking to rent out 2 bedrooms, but this ad is for the<br>master bedroom on the main floor with cathedral ceiling, skylights, many<br>windows, closet, and wood burning stove in addition to oil heat from<br>baseboards. This room has a full bathroom right next to it and the<br>shower is shared with 1 roommate (who has a separate bathroom w/o<br>shower) on the lower floor.<br><br>The lease here runs through June at least. My cat has free run of house,<br>he's a big Maine Coon Cat mix, friendly & lazy, doors can separate cat<br>from master bedroom area if needed. Communal gas grill on front deck.<br>Large yard and horseshoe-shaped driveway. Second smaller deck off side<br>of house, also a bricked in (long ago) private backyard. We also have a<br>bonfire pit up on the hill in the woods on the back edge of the<br>property. Washer & dryer downstairs. 2nd full bath upstairs. Wi-fi<br>reaches everywhere in the house. Family room with 38" LCD HDTV for all<br>to use and 2 big couches. New gas stove last year. Kitchen is fully<br>stocked with coffee grinder, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender,<br>pots/pans, electric griddle (makes great pancakes), utensils, etc.<br><br>Plenty of walking space around the bogs here and the neighbors are cool.<br>I am a federal contractor with the National Marine Fisheries Service and<br>the other current roommate is a painter and Falmouth native.<br>We have no preference of male/female roommates. We would prefer the more<br>mature, quiet type. We're<br>all partied out over here. We would require first & last month's rent,<br>but we can work that out.
