Looking for a roommate to share a large two bedroom, two bathroom house
on the water in East Falmouth. Rent is $550/month plus all utilities
(electric, gas and cable). Year round rental with a nice yard, deck,
garage, fireplace, mostly furnished, washer/dryer and ample storage
space. There
are gardens for anyone with a green thumb and the house is on Green
Pond, so there is water access for a canoe or kayak right in our own
backyard. Must be very pet friendly as I have a dog and a cat.
