In the second of a series of workshops on gardening at the Woods Hole Public Library, Josh Leveque of Woods Hole will talk about cool season annuals. He will recommend interesting annuals that can be planted at the same time as peas, and provide early color to fill in the gaps between later-season perennials. This topic will be of great interest to most gardeners in the region who always think of peas as the only crop that can be planted very early. Josh, local landscaper and horticulturalist, runs a garden design, installation, and maintenance service with his wife Lauren. He is very knowledgeable about local conditions, and gives his suggestions in a very helpful and easy manner.

This workshop will inspire Cape Codders who are looking for yet more ideas to extend the gardening season.
