Reception follows.<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Choral Workshop – Saturday, October 29, 2011</span><br>We invite you to take part in a choral workshop at Christ Lutheran Church, Brick Kiln Road, Falmouth,<br>Massachusetts, on Saturday, October 29, 2011, from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. The cost will be $30 which<br>will include the cost of the musical scores, lunch, morning coffee and afternoon tea. Register by<br>contacting the Rev. Ronald T. Englund (see below).<br><br>The participants will spend the day in a single rehearsal of choral music under Peter’s inspiring<br>leadership. Copies of the scores will be available beforehand for singers who request the music. The<br>music will include works by English composer, William Boyce (1711-1779) on the celebration of the<br>300th anniversary of his birth; plus lovely choral works, sung in English and Latin, by composers from<br>the Baltic countries of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.<br><br>The workshop will be exciting to singers of all ages, both to those with experience as well as those<br>who have limited vocal experience. Singers from all backgrounds are invited to join with us on this<br>special day of music-making.<br><br>An informal Workshop Concert will begin at 7 pm on Saturday, October 29. The singers will perform<br>some of the works rehearsed during the day.
