<br>The landlord is good and reasonable. The neighborhood is residential -- young professionals and young families, so it is not a good spot for big parties. There is ample on-street parking. Two male undergrads have been happy and comfortable and safe there. It is just above Roxbury CC and a short walk to the Orange Line.<br>
