I’m looking to sell each unit for $1600 a piece (including the accommodation certificate in the users name).<br><div><br></div>FOR SALE:<br>One- 2 bedroom/2 bath condo unit at the Aruba Marriott Surf Club on Palm Beach in Aruba. This rental is for ONE 2 bdrm condo unit for 7 nights beginning April 24-May 1, 2014. There are additional resort and surcharge fees that the renter is responsible for paying directly to the Surf Club upon arrival. The total of these fees are approximately $110.00 per 2 Bdrm unit. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, a queen size pull out sofa, bathroom and kitchenette with a lock off door attached to the other part of the unit. There is a full kitchen, a living room with a queen size pull out sofa, and separate bedroom with a king bed in it, and a full bathroom. The full kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, dishwasher, full size stove with oven, blender, glassware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, a toaster and cutlery. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit as well. The living room has a TV, telephone and DVD player. There is a balcony with chairs off of each bedroom, and the living room. The unit has central air throughout, a safe, and wifi. The Marriott Stellaris Resort next door has a full casino.<br><div><br></div>The actual location of the room will not be assigned until day of arrival, but a request has been submitted for an ocean view room location.<br><div><br></div>The cab ride from the airport to the Surf Club is around $30 each way.<br><div><br></div>The Surf Club is within walking distance to many of the local restaurants. It is also located on the Aruba bus line. There is a convenience store located on-site. There are a couple of golf courses that are a short cab ride away.<br><div><br></div>The regular room rate for a 2 bedroom unit during this time period is $835 per night, plus another $82 in taxes nightly.
