on Cape Cod in East Falmouth, Massachusetts, the Menauhant Yacht Club
is the center of a friendly, family-oriented community. We are seeking a
mature, responsible, enthusiastic Sailing Program Director to manage
our summer 2014 youth sailing program. The candidate will have the
necessary experience to oversee various class levels for Turnabouts,
Opti’s, 420’s, and direct the program staff of 5, as well as
specifically coach the 420 race team.</span></p><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Sailing
programs run 5-days per week from 8:30am-4pm for ages 6-16 year olds,
with approximately 50 children enrolled at any time.</span> </div> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Staff
orientation and program preparation begin June 23, 2014. Classes begin
June 30, 2014 and end officially August 15, with limited sailing classes

ideal candidate will have competitive racing experience, preferably
with Opti and/or 420’s, coaching skills, and be an active sailor. In
addition, candidates should have demonstrated experience
