This rental is for ONE- 1 bdrm condo unit for 7 nights beginning Sunday April 6-13, 2014. There are additional resort and surcharge fees that the renter is responsible for paying directly to the Ocean Club upon arrival. The total of these fees are approximately $82.00 per 1 Bdrm unit. The bedroom has a king bed, and there’s a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. There is a full kitchen which has a refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, dishwasher, full size stove with oven, glassware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, a toaster and cutlery. There is a washer and dryer located on each of the 6 floors for guests use at the Ocean Club. The living room has a TV with cable, telephone and DVD player. There is a balcony with chairs off of the living room. The unit has central air throughout, a safe, alarm clock, iron and ironing board, telephone and wifi.<br> <br> The actual location of the room will not be assigned until day of arrival, but a request has been submitted for an ocean view room location.<br> <br> The cab ride from the airport to the Ocean Club is around $30 each way.<br> <br> The Ocean Club is within walking distance to many of the local restaurants. The Marriott Stellaris Casino is located next door in the Marriott Stellaris Resort. The Ocean Club is located on the Aruba bus line. There is a convenience store located on-site. There are a couple of golf courses that are a short cab ride away.<br> <br> The regular room rate for a 1 bedroom unit during this time period is $675 per night, plus another $67 in taxes each night. That is a savings of over $3,500 for your stay if you win this auction. The buyer will receive an Interval International accommodation certificate in their name to present upon check-in.
