It's a big house that's divided to four separate apartments.<br>The rear apartment on the second floor will be available for rent<br>starting mid-September. It's a 1 bedroom, year-round rent, 800$ a<br>month not including gas and electric. No washing machine, no<br>furniture. Has its own little deck with table and chairs.
