<a href="https://falmouthchorale.org/">Falmouth Chorale</a> season is starting soon!<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:13.9pt"><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Mark your calendar - Rehearsals for our
<a href="https://falmouthchorale.org/make-a-joyful-noise">October concert</a> will begin <b>Tuesday September 6 at John Wesley, with registration starting at 6:15 PM and rehearsal at 7:00 PM. </b>We welcome returning singers, and send a warm invitation to new
singers to join us! If you have friends or family who are interested in joining us, have them email Sarah at <a href="mailto:falmouthchoralemanager@gmail.com" target="_blank"><span style="color:#767171">falmouthchoralemanager@gmail.com</span></a> to set up

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:13.9pt"><span style="font-size:13.0pt">To start getting warmed up for the season, we invite everyone who would like to sing or listen to attend our <b>Community Open Sing</b> on<b> Tuesday August 30 at 7:00 PM at John
Wesley United Methodist Church. </b>In this informal session we will sing selections from some of the great choral works by master composers, including Handel, Mozart, Mendelssohn, and Brahms.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:13.9pt"><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Why should you make the time for singing? Singing in a group is fun and brings great satisfaction, but choral singing is also good for you – research shows that choral singing improves
the way you hear music, is beneficial for mental health and psychological well-being, helps build social bonds, exercises the brain, builds breathing capacity, and boosts endorphin levels.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:13.9pt"><span style="font-size:13.0pt"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:13.9pt"><span style="font-size:13.0pt">In our 59th season, Falmouth Chorale will perform choral masterworks, including works by Bernstein and Brahms, and a treasury of pieces that are new to the Chorale. We are excited
about preparing for the concerts with our creative and dynamic <a href="https://falmouthchorale.org/fc-artistic-director">
Artistic Director Andrew Welch</a>.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:13.9pt"><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Falmouth Chorale will continue to minimize risks of covid transmission by singing in masks during rehearsals. Until further notice, masks will be required for concert patrons and
optional for singers during performances.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
