<u><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Responsibilities</span></u><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">: The Project Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: </span></p>

<li class="x_elementToProof" style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Coordinate and manage two fast-paced monitoring projects to provide deliverables according to quality assurance requirements, schedules, budgets, and
plans; </span></li><li style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Supervise project staff and interns for the two projects; </span></li><ul style="list-style-type:circle">
<li style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Pond Monitoring Program: </span></li><ul style="list-style-type:square">
<li class="x_elementToProof" style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Supervise two pond monitoring staff who will conduct monitoring and sampling of water for temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, water clarity, conductivity/salinity,
and nutrients; </span></li><li style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Oversee logistics, mobilization, and demobilization; </span></li><li style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Identify and secure resources needed from partners (e.g., boats); </span></li><li class="x_elementToProof" style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Supervise subcontracts with a courier and a selected lab; </span></li><li style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Oversee data management and data analysis; </span></li><li style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Prepare reports, budgets, and plans; </span></li><li style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Coordinate with the Cape Cod Commission and other partners. </span></li></ul>
<li style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Cyanobacteria Monitoring Program: </span></li><ul style="list-style-type:square">
<li class="x_elementToProof" style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Supervise staff and interns who conduct pond sampling, sample preparation, lab analysis, and reporting; </span></li><li style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Oversee data management, data analysis, and reporting; </span></li><li style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Oversee preparation of MOUs with partners, invoices, and budgets; </span></li><li class="x_elementToProof" style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Prepare internship postings as needed to fill vacancies; </span></li></ul>
</ul>
<li style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Seek and build efficiencies that take advantage of similarities between the two projects; </span></li><li class="x_elementToProof" style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Build and maintain partnerships with municipalities, agencies, organizations, and volunteers; </span></li><li style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Provide public outreach and education through presentations, newletters, emails, and other outlets. </span></li><li class="x_elementToProof" style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Assist with proposals as needed. </span></li></ul>
<div class="x_elementToProof" style="font-size:12pt"><u><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Minimum Requirements</span></u><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g.,
water resources, hydrology, limnology, natural resource management, environmental microbiology, etc.) and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of project management experience.</span><br class="x_ContentPasted0">

<li class="x_elementToProof" style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Management of water-related monitoring projects; </span></li><li style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Supervision of employees and interns; </span></li><li class="x_elementToProof" style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Field monitoring of water quality, cyanobacteria, or other water-related resources; </span></li><li style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Data management and data analysis using Microsoft Excel; </span></li><li style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Preparation of reports; </span></li><li class="x_elementToProof" style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Excellent communication skills (verbal, written); </span></li><li style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Computer skills and experience with Office 365, Microsoft Word, and Excel; and </span></li><li class="x_elementToProof" style="font-size:12pt"><span class="x_ContentPasted0" style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to work in a timely manner to meet schedules. </span></li></ul>
