<div style="font-size: 14px;">Barnstable County is unique in Massachusetts as a robust regional government delivering land use planning and regulation, public health, solid waste, dredge, emergency planning, and other services across 15 towns. The Board of
Regional Commissioners is responsible for managing the County’s budget and resources, supervising Cape Cod Commission and other County agencies and departments, and appointing representatives to numerous regional boards. </div>
