<div style="font-size: 14px;">Sierra Club is not opposed to the relocation of existing pipeline infrastructure in support of replacing the Sagamore and Bourne bridges but opposes pipeline expansion and in particular Algonquin Gas Transmission's use of public
funds to undermine state decarbonization mandates and the community-based goals and objectives defined in the Cape Cod Regional Policy Plan. </div>
