[Physiofaculty] Converting Nikon Crest system to TIRF

think this will be fine with us also but some of the students in the insect rotation were mumbling about FRAP yesterday - let me check if they really plan to do this anytime soon. if the Crest SD gets switched to TIRF do we have other options for FRAP on a different microscope?
