Hello Everyone!

For this trip all students who are going have been assigned to a team to help. Please read the following information carefully so you know what is going on. Below are the student teams which will be responsible for specific tasks;

TEAM 1: Setup

This group will be assisting Matt, Molly, and Steven by meeting at the Physio break room at 7:45 AM SHARP and by obtaining, transferring, and loading everything (food, beverages, equipment, entertainment, etc.) needed on the boat to Dyers Dock (WHOI Dock). Upon arrival, this team will also assist with organization and setup of materials on the beach.


TEAM 2: Beach Clean Up

This group will assist Matt, Molly, and Thomas in cleaning up the cove in order to leave Tarpaulin Cove as we found it - pristine. Come the first departure of folks at 3:00pm, we will get everything (leftovers, equipment, entertainment, trash, etc.) back on the boat for the 4:30pm departure. Some People from Team 2 may be asked to also help move things from the dock to Loeb.

TEAM 3: Offload/Clean breakroom

This group will assist Matt, Molly, and Thomas in offloading the boats and transferring everything (leftovers, equipment, entertainment, trash, etc.) AND help clean and put away all supplies for the the start of Session #3 on Monday.
