Sorry Peeps,

I just got an clarification about the SIM.  It’s actually a TIRF-SIM.  The system will be operational Friday and they are explicitly looking for samples that are TIRFable.  I am actually interested in seeing this in action for my home lab, so please again if you thing you have a cool sample or two let me know
