He started last week and comes into the NXR as the new Manager. He is replacing Esther Pearl who played an integral role in getting the NXR started. Esther came with me from Montreal in 2011. She was a very important contributor to the establishment of the resource and it is with sadness that we see her go. Without her here helping me the NXR would not have grown to what it is now. She has now moved to London, UK and is doing a postdoc with Jeremy Green.
