<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">We recently got an injector PM1000 from MicroData Instrument (see attached catalog). It can both fill and inject. There is only one foot pedal, so you have to toggle between fill and inject constantly.
However, once you get used to it, it works quite well. It is much cheaper than Warner Instruments device. The other choice is Narishige. It is more expensive than MDI injector too.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">We are needing to replace one of our Warner instruments PLI-100A microinjectors and apparently these are no longer made (replaced by the AI Roboinjector that can inject up to 4 samples per well in 386 well
dishes!!!). Anyone have any suggestions for a replacement that has both fill and inject capabilities. We do a lot of blastocoele aspirations so need the fill feature.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
