<p><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">AQMHD brings together researchers using aquatic organisms and other non-mammalian systems to understand human biology and disease. The meeting highlights both established and emerging models, with broad relevance
to developmental biology, evolution, genetics, physiology, regeneration, toxicology, disease modeling, comparative biology, and related fields.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
