A one-day symposium on Ocean Observing 
sponsored by COSMOS, CICOR, and COI will be 
held in Carriage House on May 27. The 
speakers, drawn from the Woods Hole community 
and a Spanish delegation, will describe ocean 
observing efforts at WHOI, in Spain and other 
parts of Europe. Everyone is invited to 
attend any or all of the presentations, lunch
