Looking for a roommate to share a large two bedroom, two bathroom house 
on the water in East Falmouth. Rent is $550/month plus all utilities 
(electric, gas and cable). Year round rental with a nice yard, deck, 
garage, mostly furnished, and ample storage space. There are gardens for 
anyone with a green thumb and the house is right on Green Pond, so there 
is easy kayak or canoe access in our own backyard. Must be very pet 
friendly as I have a dog and a cat. Available February 15th.
