I am renting out my exchanged studio timeshare condo unit for the Marriott's Aruba Surf Club on Palm Beach in Aruba from Sunday-Sunday March 21-28, 2010 for $1300.00. The regular room charge for a studio during these dates is over $500 per night plus a 20% tax. These accommodations are for a studio unit that has 1 queen size bed, and a pull out queen sofa , central air, microwave, bar size refrigerator, sink, dishes, coffee maker, telephone, Satellite TV, DVD player, safe, radio/alarm, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and balcony. There are laundry facilities on site as well as a health club, beach, pool, and bar. 

Guests of the Aruba Surf Club have access to the Aruba Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino. The Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino has several spas, pool with a cascading waterfall, shopping, and Las Vegas style entertainment. 

Marriott Aruba Surf Club offers fine amenities including a sand volley ball court, a free-form pool, and a 10-person hot tub. There is also a convenience store located on site. 

I stayed in a studio unit at the Marriott Surf Club in January 2008 and loved the resort. I've posted pictures of our studio. I have a couple of more pictures I could email over if requested. I emailed the Surf Club to inquire about any resort fees, and there is a $6.00 per day resort fee that the renter must pay at the end of their stay. 

Check in time is 4pm and check out is 10am. The airport is 7 miles from the Surf Club. A taxi cab is approximately $25.00 from the airport to the Surf Club. 

There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the Surf Club. The Pelican's Nest on the Pier and Tony Roma's are both located next door at the Holiday Inn hotel. The Smokey Joes Island Grill is on the main drag just up from the Holiday Inn- it's very reasonably priced and has great BBQ chicken and ribs. The Le Petite Cafe is located on the main drag in front of the Playa Linda Resort, and both the Tango Grill and Salt & Pepper are located on the main drag across from the Hyatt Hotel. All of these restaurants are very good. There is a golf course nearby. The Red Sail Sports reservation desk is conveniently located at the Marriott Stellaris Hotel where you can book scuba and snorkel tours, sightseeing jeep tours, parasailing, and more.

Once full payment is received, I will contact my timeshare company with your name, address and phone and an accommodation certificate will be issued to you in your name. That certificate must be given at check-in.
