Greetings! 

Announcing a beginner tai-chi club to begin Thursday Nov 11 at noon on 
the 4th floor of Candle House. Tai-chi is a form of Chinese marital 
arts that focuses on health and well being. We will practice Chi Kung 
and the tai-chi form (Yang style, Long form). Focus will be on 
flexibility, balance and strength. Instruction is free of charge. The 
only requirement is comfortable clothing. No experience necessary, but 
those with tai-chi experience are also welcome to attend. Tai-chi is 
fun, good for you and can be done inside or outside.
