Looking for a roommate to share a huge two bedroom, two bathroom house on the water in East Falmouth. $550/month plus utilities (electric, gas and cable). Year round rental with a nice yard, deck, garage, mostly furnished and ample storage space. There are gardens for anyone with a green thumb and the house is right on Green Pond so there is easy access for a canoe or kayak right in our own backyard.
