ESCAPE THE COLD 

I am renting out my exchanged timeshare condo unit for the Marriott's Aruba Renaissance Aruba Beach Resort & Casino for the prime time dates of March 25-April 1, 2011 for $1200. These accommodations are for a 1 bedroom unit that sleeps up to 4 people. The bedroom has a king size bed in it, and the living room has a queen pull out sofa. The suite also includes a hairdryer, Iron & iron board, Alarm clock with radio, and kitchen utensils and dishes for 4. There is Maid service, 2 Color television with satellite and VCR, Internet access available for a fee, four seat dining table, central air conditioning, 2 ceiling fans, private balcony, direct dial phone, and In-room safety deposit box. Regular rates start at 379.00 per night plus a 20% tax. Attached photos 1 and 2 are of the Renaissance. 

The Kitchen Facilities include: 
Burners(in lieu of stove) 
Coffee Maker 
Cooking Utensils 
Microwave Oven 
Pots/Pans 
Kitchen Sink 
Cutlery 
Toaster 
3-5 cu.ft. Refrigerator

The second timeshare condo unit is for the Marriott Aruba Ocean Club from April 11-18, 2011 for $1200. These accommodations are for a 1 bedroom unit that sleeps up to 4 people. The bedroom has 1 king size bed in the bedroom, and a pull out queen sofa in the livingroom. The unit has central air, a FULL kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, dishes, coffee maker, telephone, Satellite TV, DVD player, safe, radio/alarm, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and balcony. The regular room charge for a 1 bedroom during these dates start at $649 per night plus a 20% tax. That's a savings of over $4,000 in your pocket. There are laundry facilities on site as well as a health club, beach, pool, and bar. Attached photos 3 and 4 are of the Ocean Club.

Both resorts charge a daily resort fee of approximately $11.00 per day which will be charged to the credit card you give them upon arrival. Once full payment is received, I will contact my timeshare company with your name, address and phone and an accommodation certificate will be issued to you in your name. That certificate must be presented at check-in.
