This is the perfect opportunity for those of us stuck in the lab all summer, since you can go right from the lab to rehearsal (and back again, if need be).

The Falmouth Orchestra will be having a summer reading session this summer right here in Woods Hole!

Rehearsals are Monday and Wednesday evenings: July 6, 11, 13, 18, and 20 from 7:00 – 9:15pm
at the Church of the Messiah in Woods Hole-Fellowship Hall.
There are no auditions; everyone is welcome. In particular, we're short a clarinet, bassoon, french horn, and several violins and violas (even if you can't make all the rehearsals, we'd still love to have you!). Please send me an email (mhayn at mbl.edu) or drop by (Starr 235) if you're interested. Our repertoire for the summer is below.

We're also looking for someone to play keyboard/piano parts!

Thanks!
Melanie

Mozart: Overture to don Giovanni
Mendelssohn: Calm Sea & Prosperous Voyage
Bizet: L'Arlesienne Suite No. 2
Copland: Simple Gifts, from Appalachian Spring
Copland: Nocturne, from Rodeo
Sousa: Liberty Bell (Monty Python's Flying Circus theme!)
