I am seeking housing for my wife, five-year-old son, and myself in the Woods Hole/Falmouth area. We are interested in a year-round rental, but will entertain summer housing for a temporary measure. I will be away from mid-June until late-August, but my wife and son will still be in the area. We would be open to house shares. Both my wife and I, have landscaping experience. I have experience with remodeling/construction and my own tools. Part-time caretaker positions would be ideal.
