high quality, very sturdy weight lifting bench: 


    * Adjustable backrest goes from slight incline through flat to vertical. 
    * bar rest has adjustable height for flexibility in bench press position, shoulder press and other exercises. 
    * bench has leg curl facility. 

weights: 


    * barbell 
    * 2 dumbbells. 
    * weights in various sizes raging from1.5lb through to 50lbs. total weight of 270lb.
