 I am renting out my exchanged 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom timeshare unit for the 
Marriott's Aruba Ocean Club on Palm Beach in Aruba for the prime time dates 
of April 13-20, 2015 for $1500.00. These accommodations are for a 1 bedroom 
unit that has 1 queen size bed in the bedroom, and a pull out queen sofa in 
the living room and can sleep 4. The unit has central air, a full kitchen 
with refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, dishes, coffee maker, telephone, 
Satellite TV, DVD player, safe, radio/alarm, iron & ironing board, hair 
dryer and balcony. The regular room charge for a 1 bedroom during these 
dates is between $700-$900 plus a 20% tax. That's a savings of over $4,000. 
There are laundry facilities on site as well as a health club, beach, pool, 
and bar.

Guests of the Aruba Ocean Club have access to the Aruba Marriott Resort and 
Stellaris Casino. The Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino has several 
spas, pool with a cascading waterfall, shopping, and Las Vegas style 
entertainment.
Marriott Aruba Ocean Club offers fine amenities including a sand volley 
ball court, a free-form pool, and a 10-person hot tub. There is also a 
convenience store on site.
  
 I stayed in a 1 bedroom unit at the Marriott Ocean Club in March 2005 and 
loved the resort. The resort charges approximately $10.28 total per day for 
occupancy tax. There is also a one time fee of $15 for resort surcharges. 
These fees will be charged on your credit card upon check out.
  
 Check in time is 4pm and check out is 10am. The airport is 7 miles from 
the Ocean Club. A taxi cab is approximately $25.00 from the airport to the 
Ocean Club.
  
 There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the Ocean 
Club. The Pelican's Nest on the Pier and Tony Romas are both located next 
door at the Holiday Inn hotel. The Smokey Joe's Island Grill is on the main 
drag just up from the Holiday Inn- it's very reasonably priced and has 
great BBQ chicken and ribs. The Le Petite Cafe is located on the main drag 
in front of the Playa Linda Resort, and both the Tango Grill and Salt & 
Pepper are located on the main drag across from the Hyatt Hotel. All of 
these restaurants are very good.
  
 There is a golf course nearby. The Red Sail Sports reservation desk is 
conveniently located at the Marriott Stellaris Hotel where you can book 
scuba and snorkel tours, sightseeing jeep tours, parasailing, and more.
