Informal Lunchtime Science and Publishing discussion TODAY at 12:15 PM, in the Grass Reading Room, 2nd floor, Lillie Building. 

Today continues the wide-ranging conversation begun at the panel discussion last week on how members of the Woods Hole science community think about their publishing needs. 
All are welcome to attend and initiate the discussion reflecting community issues of interest. 


Issues covered in the panel discussion last week included: 

• how to approach article processing fees 
• an examination of differing publishing models 
• commercial vs. society vs. open access vs. home grown publishing 
• your views of present and future science publishing challenges
