The 6th Annual International Oyster Symposium will be on held on October 21 -13 on Cape Cod (at the MBL and Sea Crest Beach Hotel). 

The Symposium will bring together representatives from 18 countries in the fields of academia, cuisine, government, business, conservation and culture to discuss and advance oyster aquaculture and regeneration.
