I'm selling 1, 2 or all 3 of my deeded timeshares for only $1,000 each. The cost includes your paid resort maintenance fee for 2017. The timeshare location is in Newport, RI at the Newport Bay Club (NBC) on 337 Thames St. Each of the units are a 1 bedroom suite with 1 bath and kitchen unit at the Bay Club. All of the rooms were completely renovated and updated in 2012 (without any assessment fees charged to the owners). I own weeks 5, 6 and 8 at the NBC. I've owned these timeshares since 1999 and 2000. I've belonged to Interval International timeshare exchange company, and have exchanged all the timeshare weeks every year for places in the Caribbean like Aruba, St. Thomas, Antigua, St. Martin, Puerto Rico, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, Hawaii and more. I'm selling because we now spend most of our vacation time with family in FL and VT. The timeshare website is www.newportbayclub.com 

The annual cost for the Newport Bay Club 1 bedroom suite maintenance fee which includes all the real estate taxes and fees is $594 for each. There are no other hidden costs. I've never stayed here. It's for the same week each year. I've always exchanged my 3 units for other places using Interval Int'l. This timeshare week is deeded, so it's a yearly commitment. The deed can be sold anytime, as I'm trying to sell it now. My selling price includes your 2017 maintenance fee paid in full, and the cost to have the name on the deed change over to your name. Having your fee for 2017 paid now allows you to request exchanges now for anything this year or up to 3 years in advance if you are interested in doing the exchange scenario through a timeshare exchange co. like I've done for the past 17 years. 

At the Newport Bay Club & Hotel, a non-smoking resort, you'll find luxurious accommodations in our suites including a full menu of amenities. All suites have one private bedroom, and a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. All bedrooms have one queen size bed. All units have wonderful marble bathrooms, a large living room with dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen has a 5.0 Cubic Refrigerator, Microwave, Glass, Silver and Cookware (No Stoves).
