Hello, 

We're looking for a potential dog-sitter for our dog Sophie for when we 
go out of town. 

We'd need someone who can walk her at least 3x a day, and who would 
ideally either stay at our house or have Sophie stay at theirs. We live 
on Ter Heun Drive past Falmouth Hospital, across the street from Beebe 
Woods and near the bike path. 

A little about Sophie: she is a mutt, hound-shaped with German Shepherd 
coloring, about 60 lbs. She's approx. 10 yrs old. She's usually shy with 
most new people and other dogs, but very sweet once she gets to know 
you. She likes going on walks (in the woods, on the beach), but in the 
house she is quiet and basically sleeps. She is also a big fan of belly 
rubs. 

She does have some health issues, which have her on a very restricted 
diet (special kibble, no other dog food or people food), and also 
require her to take daily meds--so you'd need to be OK giving her pills. 

Our first longer trip out of town probably wouldn't be until January 
(1-2 weeks?), although we'd of course have you meet and spend some time 
with Sophie before that (and maybe do a long-weekend dog-sit). 

If you live within a half hour of here and would be interested in 
dog-sitting for Sophie, please get in touch.
