Bourne Community Boating in Bourne MA is hiring a full-time seasonal Sailing Director and a year-round part-time Administrative Director. The SD will be responsible for all shoreside and on-the-water activities June-August. The Sailing Director is responsible for on-the-water leadership of the youth sailing program offered by BCB. Duties of the Sailing Director include hiring and managing program instructors, overseeing the implementation of the youth program, and actively engaging in the waterfront launch and fleet maintenance of sail and power boats. The Sailing Director will work in close coordination with the Administrative Director and reports directly to the Board of Directors.  BCB is also seeking a half-time year-round Administrative Director to perform all off-the-water aspects of our program which we run for 8 weeks in the summer. Experience in sailing desired but not necessary, as is experience running a sailing or summer camp program. These positions could be combined for a highly qualified applicant.
