Hi Mentors and Friends of PEP!
We are hoping to open the PEP applications some time in November, and are looking to update the website with 2023 potential projects & mentors, just like with the 2022 potential projects and mentors<https://www.woodsholediversity.org/potential-projects-and-mentors-for-2022/>.
PEP applicants can list which project(s) they are most interested in and why, and we use their interests to help match the students to projects. Having your project listed also helps students get an idea of the types of research available, even if they have a wide range of interests.
If you would like to add potential projects to the 2023 website (which I will create in the coming weeks), please add your information to this google doc, in the format as shown in the example at the top of the page. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QL3V-eVGIDi7j7uW2yVL1-Kx9eYRdDM4TmaPBEket_U/edit?usp=sharing
There is no real deadline for this request, but for your consideration, applications will open early November and close in mid-February.
Please feel free to forward to your colleagues who may be interested but have not mentored before. As always, we are happy to talk to new potential mentors!
Thanks so much!
Onji
PS - this is only for PEP, not PEP-II. I will reach out about PEP-II at another time.
