The Westport River Watershed Alliance (WRWA) is seeking a skilled and motivated Development and Finance Administrator to join our team and advance our mission of protecting and enhancing coastal resources. This full-time position plays a pivotal role in managing financial operations, donor relations, and strategic fundraising initiatives for a nonprofit with a $600,000 annual operating budget. Working closely with the Executive Director, the Administrator will oversee budgeting, financial analysis, grant research, and membership management, contributing to the long-term sustainability of our organization. Ideal candidates will have experience in nonprofit administration, financial management, and donor engagement, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Health benefits are available.
