Resilient Roots is holding a workshop: Tomatoes, Tomatoes, and More Tomatoes
You have worked hard to grow all those tomatoes and now your garden is overflowing with them. Kim Concra, Cape Cod Cooperative Extension<https://www.capecod.gov/departments/cooperative-extension/>'s nutrition and food safety specialist, will walk us through all the ways to preserve this taste of summer: canning, freezing, roasting, and drying. We'll make and can bruschetta, and you'll take home a jar. This workshop will be held Sept. 14 (Saturday)  9-12 in West Barnstable.
